Delivery Policy
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our website and all orders placed with Eanhon Packaging. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any purchase or business collaboration.
Scope of Application
These terms apply to all OEM/ODM custom manufacturing services, wholesale orders, sample requests, and any business transactions between Eanhon Packaging and our clients. We specialize in craft boxes, gift boxes, jewelry boxes, travel bags, cosmetic cases, watch boxes, and related packaging products.
Intellectual Property & Confidentiality
Confidentiality Agreement: We will not sell, distribute, or manufacture customer designs without explicit permission. All design files, molds, and proprietary information remain the exclusive property of the client.
Client Designs: By providing designs, you confirm you own the intellectual property rights or have authorization to use them. We assume no liability for trademark or copyright infringement arising from client-provided materials.
Our Designs: Sample designs developed by our team remain our property unless explicitly purchased or licensed by the client.
Payment Terms
Accepted Methods: T/T (Bank Transfer), L/C (Letter of Credit), Western Union, PayPal, and Alibaba Trade Assurance.
Standard Payment Structure:
• T/T 30% deposit before production
• T/T 70% balance before delivery or against B/L copy
• 100% L/C at sight available for qualified buyers
• Full payment required for sample orders under $500
Production & Quality Control
We adhere to the business concept of “Quality First and Credit Standing First”. Our quality assurance process includes:
- Raw Material Testing: All materials inspected before production
- In-Process Inspection: Quality checks during manufacturing
- Final Inspection: Finished product full inspection before packing
- Pre-shipment Approval: Production samples provided for client confirmation when required
Liability Limitations
- We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure events (natural disasters, war, government restrictions, pandemics, etc.)
- Our liability is limited to the value of the defective goods or the order amount, whichever is lower
- We assume no responsibility for customs clearance, import duties, or local regulations in destination countries
- Color variations within 10% tolerance due to monitor display differences or dye lot variations are considered acceptable in custom manufacturing
Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
Any disputes arising from these terms shall first be resolved through good faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) in accordance with its rules. The governing law is the law of the People’s Republic of China.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to our website. For orders placed before updates, the terms effective at the time of purchase apply.
