Q1. What's your payment term?
We accept multiple payment methods for your convenience:
- T/T (Bank Transfer): 30% deposit before production, 70% balance before delivery or against B/L copy
- L/C: 100% Letter of Credit at sight available for qualified buyers
- Western Union, PayPal: Available for sample orders and small transactions
- Alibaba Trade Assurance: Secure payment protection for online orders
Note: Sample orders under $500 require 100% payment upfront. Full payment before production is the standard for new clients.
Q2. Could you make OEM/ODM design?
Yes, absolutely. We specialize in OEM/ODM design services. We can customize texture, color, and even design according to your specific requests, including:
- Customized logo placement (embossing, printing, metal tags)
- Leather and material selection (PU, genuine leather, fabric, velvet, etc.)
- Surface finishing: UV coating, digital printing, stamping, metallic stickers, 3D dome stickers
- Structural design modifications (interior compartments, padding, closures)
Q3. About Sample?
We offer free sample making under specific conditions:
- Stocked items: Samples can be shipped out immediately with priority handling
- Custom designs: Samples produced according to your design and requirements
- Sample refund: Sample charge will be fully refunded when your mass order reaches our MOQ
Tip: Confirming mass production after sample approval locks in pricing and production slots. Sample lead time is typically 5-10 days for custom designs.
Q4. About Shipping?
We provide flexible shipping options based on your timeline and budget:
- By Express: DHL, FedEx IE, UPS Expedited, EMS, TNT (3-7 days, best for samples/urgent orders)
- •By Air: Cost-effective for medium-weight orders (7-15 days)
- By Sea: Most economical for bulk orders (FOB/CIF available)
Transportation Ports: Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Hong Kong. We can ship to European markets (Germany, France, UK, Sweden, Spain, Poland, Denmark, Italy, Austria) and American markets (USA, Colombia, etc.).
Q5. About MOQ?
MOQ depends on material and design complexity:
- Stocked Items: Minimum 5 pieces per style
- Custom Designs: Normally 100+ units (varies by material and logo technique)
- Private Label: Low MOQ options available for select bag styles

Q6. How do you guarantee the product's quality?
We implement a three-stage quality control system:
- 1.Pre-production: Samples made for your approval. We check all details (material, color, logo placement, dimensions) before mass production begins.
- 2.During Production: Professional QC inspectors monitor manufacturing processes to catch any deviations immediately.
- 3.Final Inspection: Finished products undergo full inspection for defects, correct details, and packaging integrity before shipping.
Q7. What is the production lead time?
- Sample Orders: 5-10 business days
- Stocked Items: Ships within 2-3 business days after payment
- Custom Orders (OEM/ODM): 15-30 days depending on complexity and quantity. Peak seasons may extend timelines.
Q8. Do you provide design services if I only have an idea?
Yes. Our professional design team can transform your concept into technical drawings and samples. You don’t need to provide finished designs—just describe your vision, target market, and functionality requirements. We handle material selection, structural engineering, and aesthetic design. Design fees may apply for complex projects but are waived upon mass production confirmation.
Q9. Will my designs be kept confidential?
Absolutely. We will not sell, manufacture for other clients, or distribute your proprietary designs without explicit written permission. All molds, design files, and product specifications remain your exclusive property. We can sign formal NDA agreements upon request.
