Delivery Policy

At Eanhon Packaging, we specialize in OEM/ODM bag manufacturing with years of experience serving jewelers, supermarkets, and trading companies across Germany, France, USA, Sweden, Spain, UK, and more. We offer flexible shipping solutions tailored to your order quantity and urgency.

Shipping Methods

Small Orders (Samples / Trial Orders):
For orders under our MOQ (5 pieces for stocked items) or sample requests, we ship via express courier: TNT, DHL, UPS, FedEx IE, or EMS. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on destination.

Note: Sample orders confirmed for mass production will have sample deposits deducted from the final invoice.

Processing & Production Time

  • Stocked Items: Ships within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation
  • Custom Orders: Pre-production samples will be made for approval before mass production. Typical production lead time is 15-30 days depending on complexity and quantity.
  • Quality Inspection: Raw material testing and finished product full inspection are conducted before shipping.

Shipping Costs & Customs

Shipping Costs:
Express shipping costs are calculated based on actual weight or volumetric weight (whichever is higher) and destination. Sea freight costs depend on container size and destination port. We provide shipping quotes upon request.

Customs & Import Duties:
All international shipments may be subject to customs clearance and import duties/taxes determined by the destination country. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. We provide necessary documentation (commercial invoice, packing list) to facilitate customs clearance.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we provide tracking numbers for express shipments or booking references for sea freight. You can monitor shipment status through the courier’s website or contact us for updates. We follow the business concept of “quality first and credit standing first” to ensure reliable delivery.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

Important: Shipping damage must be reported to the carrier immediately upon receipt and noted on the delivery receipt.

  • Inspect packages upon delivery before signing
  • Report visible damage to the courier immediately
  • Notify us within 7 days with photos for defective or damaged items
  • We will replace defective items at no additional cost or offer partial refund
