Returns & Refund Policy
At Eanhon Packaging, we stand behind the quality of our premium gift boxes and packaging solutions. Due to the custom nature of B2B manufacturing, our return policy differs from standard retail. Please review the following terms carefully.
Custom & Bulk Orders
Non-Returnable: Due to the bespoke nature of custom packaging (OEM/ODM), all personalized items, branded gift boxes, and bulk orders (MOQ > 100 units) are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has commenced.
Pre-Production Cancellation: Orders may be cancelled with full refund within 24 hours of payment confirmation. After 24 hours, a 50% cancellation fee applies to cover material preparation costs.
Defective or Damaged Goods
We guarantee our products against manufacturing defects. If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrectly manufactured items:
- Notify us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence
- Do not dispose of packaging materials or defective items
- We will replace defective items at no additional cost or offer partial refund based on defect severity
Note: Shipping damage must be reported to the carrier immediately and noted on the delivery receipt.
Sample Orders
Sample orders (1-10 units) can be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. Refund excludes original shipping fees.
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method. Bank transfer times may vary.
Return Process:
- Contact support with order number and issue description
- Receive Return Authorization (RA) number
- Ship items to our facility (address provided upon approval)
- Inspection and refund processing within 3-5 days of receipt
Exceptions
- Clearance or discontinued items (final sale)
- Items damaged due to improper storage or handling by customer
- Orders exceeding 30 days from delivery date
- Products altered or customized after receipt
